Provisions relating to aggravated burglary in the German Criminal Code [1]: This criminal issue is covered by Chapter Seven, under the heading “Offences Against Public Order,” located in Section 124 Aggravated burglary, which reads: If a crowd of people publicly gangs up with the intent to join forces to commit acts of violence against persons or objects and unlawfully intrudes into the dwelling, business premises, or other enclosed property of another, or into closed premises designated for public service, anyone taking part in these acts shall be liable to imprisonment of not more than two years or a fine.
