Provisions relating to foreign money, stamps and securities in the German Criminal Code [1]: This criminal issue is covered by Chapter Eight, under the heading “Counterfeiting of Money and Official Stamps,” located in Section 152 Foreign money, stamps and securities, which reads: Sections 146 to 151 shall apply to money, stamps and securities of a foreign currency area.
