Causing Bodily Harm by Negligence in Germany

Provisions relating to causing bodily harm by negligence in the German Criminal Code [1]: This criminal issue is covered by Chapter Seventeen, under the heading “Offences Against the Person,” located in Section 229 Causing bodily harm by negligence, which reads: Whosoever by negligence causes bodily harm to another shall be liable to imprisonment of not more than three years or a fine.
