Definition of Multifariousness
A bill in Chancery was open to a demurrer for multifariousness when it attempted to embrace too many objects or causes of suit. Now, a plaintiff may include as many causes of action as he pleases in one writ, provided they can conveniently be tried together. (Order XVII.)
