Provisions relating to omission of an official act in the German Criminal Code [1]: This criminal issue is covered by Chapter Thirty, under the heading “Offences Committed in Public Office,” located in Section 336 Omission of an official act, which reads: The omission to act shall be equivalent to the performance of an official act or a judicial act within the meaning of sections 331 to 335.
