Provisions relating to unlawful prostitution in the German Criminal Code [1]: This criminal issue is covered by Chapter Thirteen, under the heading “Offences Against Sexual Self-determination,” located in Section 184e Unlawful prostitution, which reads: Whosoever persistently contravenes a prohibition enacted by ordinance against engaging in prostitution in particular places at all or during particular times of the day, shall be liable to imprisonment of not more than six months or a fine of not more than one hundred and eighty daily units.
