An assignee of a chose in action who gives notice to all the trustees in whom the subject-matter of the chose in action is vested will not lose his priority by the fact that a new assignee, having advanced mpney without notice of the prior assignment, after the death of the trustees, has given notice to the new trustees who had no notice of the prior assignment<\/p>\n<\/h4>\n
