The delivery up of a person who has committed a crime in another country by the authorities of the country in which he has taken refuge, to the authorities of the country where the crime was committed.
The law on the subject as regards this country is contained in the Extradition Acts, 1870, 1873, 1895 and 1906. No criminal can be extradited for a ” political ” offence<\/p>\n<\/h4>\n
