This Act provides that any action brought against any person for any act done in execution of an Act of Parliament or public duty must be commenced within six months of the ceasing of the cause of action, and if judgment be for the defendant he shall have costs as between solicitor and client. The defendant must be given an opportunity of tendering amends<\/p>\n<\/h4>\n
