Lane V. Cox in Europe
Definition of Lane V. Cox
([1897] 1 Q. B. 415). A lessor of premises is not liable to a party injured inside them through their defective condition, unless he is under a duty to such party to keep them in repair, as where the party is his tenant and the lessor is under an obligation to repair either by covenant or Act of Parliament
