Definition of Masters Of The Supreme Court
These consist of (1) the Masters in the Chancery Division ; (2) the seven Masters of the King’s Bench Division, who superseded the Masters of King’s Bench, Common Pleas and Exchequer ; (3) the eleven Masters of the Supreme Court who carry out the taxation of the costs of all cases in the Chancery and King’s Bench Divisions.
